1) A decent looking girl doesn't mean she is really a decent
girl. Her dark secrets can really scare you off if she trusts you
enough to tell you all. Education level doesn't play a part in
being decent. An uni graduate may have more flings and ons than an
O Level girl.
2) When a girl starts to ignore your messages or stop answering
your calls, be prepared to find a new target as it is likely she
has found someone else that suits her needs more.
3) High maintainence girls are meant for playboys only as they are
the ones who can afford to pay everything for them. If you find
yourself fall in love with such girl, be prepared to burn a big
