pax alighted, and then BC stood up and signalled pax to move behind

lot of ppl left behind... counted 9 pax remaining when bus left
stop after cramped to door, 69 (-8/5) * again 7 pax were stranded behind
(these ones can actually take 990)
BBT East Ave 6 -- 71 (-7/9) * this time around BC managed
to fit everyone inside or so it seems as stop was empty (no one
waiting for 990?) , 64 (-14/5)

* Travel experience was
not good. Bus was too slow at certain stops, and super over-crowded
at certain stops
* 189 clearly has its
pockets of super high loading, and needs more high capacity buses.
Loading b/w Clementi Ave 1 and Clementi is okay... but loading is
very high between Clementi and Bukit Batok MRT
* I would say as of today
189 needs more DDs/bendies. Hopefully SMRT realizes this soon and
gives it to sv 189 before it gets viral
