There is one singapore customs officer at causeway wah sibeh
seow on one. There was one time I made a trip back from muar, and
so damn unlucky to take that particular lane. Spent 1 fcuking hour
in a lane that simply didn't move. 5 inches for every 5-6 cars in
the other lanes. People came out their cars to see what was going
on. When eternity dictated it was my turn at the checkpoint, there
was this senior customs officer, ohmygawd he check the passports so
damn slow, even took the time to call out all the names one by one
to check we were in the car. His female colleague sitting next to
him didn't look too impressed. 
The next few times I came back, i made sure I didn't take that
lane.
