And sometimes it makes me wonder why SG isnt doing what HK is doing...

Aka making current outdated svcs (eg. 67) express

SG just refuses to face reality and continues building slow MRT lines and casually spamming useless routes... Except for a few of them

the red/white desto used for 49 is not only the number shown but also the destination as well

for white plate, 49 then below it, it states "taman jurong ter"

any photo of it?

Sorry, i didnt take any photos of it

Oh ya, for red plate, 49 and then below it, it states "jurong west st 41"

Position for red/white destos for 49 is at left bottom windscreen(where they usually put diversion notices) beside the WAB logo, not the usual right side for other services like 21 60 etc

how come still need the additional red/white desto? Since all of sv 49 bus fleet are using EDS. or else simply ask the BCs to switch off the EDS when the buses turn right into the terminal road; since they just serve another stop before looping back to terminate.

Or use the "T" plate? Like those on townlinks

Some 123/123M buses are also placing red/white destos at the same place...

i find 43A more efficient than the full day 43M. the resources are not wisely utilised. SWT should only operate when demand timing is high. In morning peak last time: 43A used to go Off Svc via Tampines Rd back to Punggol for the next trip which is a short cut. now 43M buses are under utilised during off peak most of the days as sv43 buses can easily absorb the loads and also along opposite the peak direction.
