ave 2 why are the MPs don't think on residents and student that

Actually, there was absolutely no need to introduce sv
301.
300G/W should have gone from ave 5 > ave 6 > ave 1 >
ave 2 > cck way > cck interchange in the G/W pattern.
301 no need
983 should have been:
CCK int > CCK Way > ave 3 > ave 5 > ave 6 > ave 1
> cck way > cck rd > bpj (loop)
If these were the two changes, everyone would have been happy +
meeting future dtl2 needs.
