blu_sky SG Just received a call from a friend. Her relationship turning sour. Honestly, at the rate relationships turn bad, who has confidence these days? Do you?
M©+square SG I have....when i fly there. This is a issue of mindset. Your eyes are socially trained to view negetivity when exposed to much. Hope dwindle and cease to call. At this point, the tendency to turn discourage, cynical, jaded.
rainee SG Dun worry, everyone has it. It becomes even worse if you have had failures in r/s before. But I guess even if I feel cynical, I will still get into a r/s and try my best to make it work...then hopefully the feeling will fade away with time...
Devil1976 SG Does the rate at which others' relationships turn bad has to do with the rate my relationship would turn bad? If you don't have the confidence, what do you think you should do about it...? If you do nothing about it, do you think you would expect to have the confidence? Do you think you actually deserves for the relationship to last longer?
blu_sky SG Of cos i had my fair share of relationships that turned bad. And praytell what should a person with lack of confidence do? how should a person build up confidence?
choco B SG It’s more important to have confidence in yourself that you will do your best in a relationship. Not about the institution of a romantic relationship per se.
Devil1976 SG Trust. So long as you've done your part(s)... Taste the fruit of loving and being loved.... Giving and receiving... Appreciating and being appreciated.... Isn't that just a simple love relationship? Nothing is quite absolute in this world... So long as you know you're in love as you've chose to be, would returning to what you used to be stir such a great fear in you...? Especially when you know some things are just not meant to be, while others just have to be....?
