If it is job nature, help to discover the job that she will be
passionate about.
Maybe she is a night person and would be more suited as a F&B
manager.
If she is lazy by nature, then you have to talk to her seriously
about your future with her and what you need he to do for the
relationship to work.
If she is un willling to change, then you have to prepare for the
worst loh.
