Bontakun SG I have no comments for that kind of girl (I met a similar one who did the same thing to my friend) because in the future she will either realised what she has done OR remain doing this. As for your friend (I get the feeling its you... BUT you did not declare you are that guy, so...) I have to ask: What does he likes in her? Does she fulfil something he wants or has something missing and she happens to fill that missing part? Has he considered is he READY for what will happen or is he just letting his emotions take charge?
