to start off,how can a team perform if the members aren't willing
to put in effort?
have them understand the importance of teamwork that will lead to
eventual victory ma..
while ur having breaks with them during practices,sit down and tok
to them abt it.in a casual fren-to-fren manner.
as for ur sports rep,i really think u shldn't be affected by
him.the more ur irked by him,the more u would get upset.
remember,a true leader won't easily get agitated by trivial matters
like this.
instead,aim for the big goal.
think of it as working with him to help the team to succeed.
after all,wad matters is clinching the trophy,isn't it?
lastly,words of advice to u..
the more one wants to outshine somebody,the easier and more he
reveals his flaws as a leader.
