Ok, these are the reasons why I am so gonna suffer when I graduate.

I'm on loan under my Uni's tuition fee loan...so that's abt $6000 a year. I'm studyg for 3 years, hence my debt is abt $18,000.

I am also under the student loan...which is $10,000 for 3 years.

In total, I owe $28,000.

I cant work whilst studyg coz I simple cannot cope- period. And I cant exactly apply for monetary assistance because my dad makes abt $3500 a month...and most monetary assistance schemes require the family to earn less than $3000.

So,how the heck am I gonna pay that in future???? *panics* I'm gradutaing next June thereabts. *panics more*

Just work and save up. Should be clear within a year or 2. What's the need for panic?

Hi Jerina,

don't you think that it is a little to late to think about all these at this moment? Since you have already dropped into this "hole" then just don't think of anything else but to finish your studies first... and try to get betetr results so that you are of a higher chance of a better and well-paid job as compared to your peers... only then can you have a chance of repaying the "debts" in a faster speed...

Try to repay SGD$500.00 per month... if it is within your means (you may go for higher amount if you are able to get a very well-paid job)... and you should be able to clear the debts within 4 ~ 5 years if you are fast enough... however, don't starve yourself (depending on bread and water everyday) as health is also important...
