Inferior Complex is When those People who...think little of others just to make them feel good about themselves... Very Happy I rule you Suck Kinda like that the thinking...Basically People who have this are the ones that feel that you are different from them so they treat you inferiorly or they have this thinking in which they think you dont deserve what you have....Main cause of the problem?? There are such people who will put others down. It's their own inferiority.
More sever cases are those who are passive, weak-minded, easily swayed on decisions and opinions, they have problems making a stand as a individual.

As Seth said, the "I rule you suck" approach is indicative of an inferiority complex. Essentially, it is reacting to one's insecurities by behaving in the opposite manner and being obnoxious about other people's weaknesses to mask one's own.

What you've described about yourself is more of a confidence/assertiveness issue, but it's certainly not an inferiority complex.
