right now i dun think these svcs nid so much DDs anymore
including troll svc (BSEP 119))
Svs 166, Sv 107/107M, Sv 153, Sv 91, Sv 95, Sv 199, Sv 225 (Do
not nid DDs now), Sv 62, Sv 56, Sv 69, Sv 17
Svs 166 (already downgraded 4 DD slots, how much more
downgrading you want? Ok for now)
Sv 107/107M (DDs are for Lavendar/Geylang Bahru belt where
load is 70-75 pax.. though agree sv can do with 6 DDs. Merging with
82 would have been the best. DDs also would have got better
utilized)
Sv 153 (Disagree - peak direction there is DD worthy
loading. Depends where you see it).
Sv 91 (Mostly SDs... where you have many DDs? Though at BNV
in AM, loading can be high)
Sv 95 (Need the DDs for crash loading of student crowds
once classes end. But no need to add or reduce. Already a year back
one DD slot was downgraded)
Sv 199 (DDs totally justified... depends when you see it..
but during school timings, buses are heavily packed. Also helps
relieve load on 181/242... don't forget that)
Sv 225 (Why? Go to Bedok Interchange, and you will see
between 5.30pm and 7pm... 225G DDs especially get 80-90 pax..
sometimes when SD comes... 10-12 ppl left behind.. 225W on the
other hand.. DDs take around 60-65 pax that can be managed by
KUBs... but 2 DDs on 225G justified... and yes!! people do go to
the upper deck... maybe around 20 pax.. but that leaves room for
another 20 to enter lower deck)
Sv 62 (dupdup will kill you if you say this... sv 62 has
high loading towards peak direction, opp direction loading is
poor)
Sv 56 (I agree... loading on most DDs peaks at 60-65 pax..
but then it has only 3 DDs.. so let it be)
Sv 69 (You have to be kidding me here?? You are kidding
right?? Go take sv 69... )
Sv 17 (Depends where you see.. existing fleet ok... i dont
think any change needed.. PM high load from Pasir ris int to
Loyang, AM high load from Tampines Ave 2 to
Bedok)
