i recently went to a shop in queensway to get our class tshirt done. zz the printer got ALL the sizes wrong, and kinda screwed up the design. is it possible for me to get a full refund? i went there the other day, but he said we could get only 1/2 refund, or he could reprint all the tshirts. please advice, very troubled by this incident. Sad

Reprint would be a wiser choice. It's always good to give a 2nd chance.

In any case, if you're afraid things might mess up again.. Try to think of other alternatives at this point...

Just take the reprint. Repeat your instructions with the warning that should they screw up again, you'll be going down to CASE.

That ought to make them sit up straight and do the job right.

Once sold non refundable. Standard policy as it is very troublesome(for the records) to do a refund. Since they offer a reprint, it's the best that they can do for their part already.

I believe Reprint is the best choice for you. But state your stand over the reprint standard and if they screw it up again, you’re going to ask for Full Refund or settle at CASE

Hmm most importantly must find out.. WHY the guy didnt use ur design properly. Is it because the colours you used or the lineworks in your design could not translate properly to the Tshirt?
