Ive been trying so hard (but possibly in the wrong direction) to fill the void in my personnal life but always and easily gets discouraged by the response of others.

None of the gals I dated ever contacts me--- they are cordial towards me & goes out with me if they happen to be free when I asked them out. But they would never contact me otherwise. If they were even slightly interested in me, this would not be their attitude towards me right?

Am I that worthless that no one seems remotely interested in me? I always end up feeling.

The indifferent/nonchalent response of others is something which always gets me. I would begin each relationship with renewed enthusiatism but wound up in my present state as I realized the person is not interested in me...

Theres nothing wrong with you. To meet one we like and likes us in return is not an easy task, other wise love would not be so valauble.. Juz tell yourself the right one temporily lost her way and will reach your side in time. Wink

actually im pretty nonchalent to my frens, etc too.

some ppl simply dun have that charisma, and some people are simply couldn't be bothered. whether u think its a hurdle or not, its really up to you.

continue asking ppl out, i guess. im sure someday ull meet up with the right people.

gals are very strange..they will not automatically call you up and ask you out..instead, they will drop lots of hints, hoping that you will ask them out instead.. right gals?

because gals are gals after all..they will want people to date them instead of the other way, and at the same time, they will not feel embrassed if ever they are rejected..

so, there is no harm, by being the party calling up gals to date..its norm, and its part of a dating process....

well, if the gal doesnt like you, just too bad for her then...there will be someone else waiting..dont you all be so pessimistic!! Wink

Try reaching out to people then msking arrange or book them in advance...

then tell them to call u when the date in near...

OR JUST TELL THEM WHAT U WAN THEM TO DO TO MAKE UP FOR UR EMOTIONAL HUNDLE CAUSE THEY MAY NOT REALISE, FORGOTTEN.

MAYBE THEY DUN KNOW WHAT TO DO.

only through practice and failure, you will know how to read into the unsaid messages and determine if you should spend more effort or just move on.

In the past, I had expressed interest in guys but I never got an answer. He would act like he like me but then out postpone and claim he's busy. After a coulpe of times, I move on. Its always better to know up front if both parties want to move on together than not know and waste a whole lot of time together and discover its not going to work and have a painful separation.

Perhaps, you have not met the one you should be with. Sometimes, girls do still take up traditional roles and be a bit more coy (I am not sure if I am out of date on this 'idea'). For me, I am not the one who made the move.

But then, all said, I made the assumption you're a decent sort looking for a decent relationship. But then I also wonder about your age - are you trying to settle down or just plain trying out different girls. I personally do not like insincere guys and guys who take relastionship lightly and girls as play things. I had also met guys who are really irritating and boastful who were just looking for a prostitude and unfortunely, many girls are stupid enough to fall for such tricks.
