Sometimes, it's better not to know. For example, if you know u can't be with the one u love, n u 2 can't be frens anmore, it's better not to know how he/she is getting on in life...Yes of coz sometimes u can't prevent urself from going to "click" on his/her frenster profile, since updates are always shown on the home page itself...

If u really want to forget him, what i suggest is maybe u can delete him off ur frenster? It may hurt for a while but it's better for you in the long run...unless u still have any hopes of u 2 being together or what...Just a suggestion...
