perhaps its also due in part to the upgrading that MOL/SH is
performing to the general network. for eg, the upgrade of MOL2K to
MOL4K.
another that i can think of is there might be expansion to their DV
(digital voice) network. notice they are aggressively promoting it.
even the modem (moto) has been upgraded to another version that
supports DV.
