its strange... but u know I thought I'd give my boss a piece of
my mind when I leave. I mean, how can he be so.. totally lack of
self-reflection that SO MANY people who work for you leave the
company in bad spirits and with bad relationship??? He keeps
blaming it on everyone except himself.
But u know, when I finally left, I decided he isn't worth the time.
You only give a piece of mind to people when you hope situation
will be improved. Since I left, I don't give a damn about him and
the company anymore 
so
what for spend time and effort to tell him how you feel?
