I am worried. I’m 26 this year and I am still unattached. Many men my age would prefer to have fun and such but I would rather settle down and get married and have a family. Not as if I have never been in relationships but it’s been 2 years since my last one. Even at work, all are guys and finding a partner there seems almost impossible. Seems it’s getting more difficult in finding a partner as you grow older. I’m no hunk nor am I super rich but I ain’t a gollum nor a beggar.

26 years old only. Still young. You have a long way to go. Like some mentioned, if you are really really so desperate for a gf, join some activites where it will open up your social circles. From there, you can see if you have any chances or not.

I am sure, everybody is destined to be loved by someone. Its a matter of time, opportunity, chance, and also, whether you treasure him/her when they are around.

Thanks for the comments. But I don’t want to wait till my career is stable or my bank has a sufficient amount of money to marry. I believe love is growing together and not what the other party has to offer. I would be sad if someone married me because I have money and career.

i guess u misunderstood the definition of money and career stability. What i meant was to get you to work for your OWN future first before you worry about your martial status...

btw, we all have to face up to reality. NO gal will want to marry a guy without security and stability. And this 2 are attributes by your financial and job security. Think about it..will a girl marry someone who doesnt plan for his own future or one with a future prospect? I am not deeming gal as materialistic in this situation. If you wan to set up a family, you need money. If you want to get married, u need money. If you wan to have children, you need money..so where does money comes from? You work hard for it...

of cse, there must be a balance between r/s and work. So, if you cant find one yet, work hard first. If you have a gal target, by all means go for it, but continue to progress towards career heights. If you are jobless now, i suggest you work hard to get one....
