In Singapore, annual of $60k is only enough for a single! (my opinion). And if u wana buy a HDB of $200k or $300k, better think harder! U r renting the flat for 99 years and ur descendants get nothing after that. Sports car? Can! Hyundai Tuscani counts?

hahs. as for my descendants they'll work hard and earn a living themselves loh. even if I pass down my assets, they'll be gone within 3 generations. but if i'm earning 60k/year alone and maybe my wife 'll be earning 40k/per, that would make 100k/year. furthermore, we can do some investments? or perhaps I strike 4d or Toto. hah. Very Happy

Sports car actually is not really practical in s'pore. maybe I'll get a car like toyota vios and modify it until it looks like one. Cool

Cool Your dream getting smaller and smaller each time you see more statement make by forumers. You are right to let the descendants to work their way thru..Unfortunately, in real world and singapore aspect, many childrens will ask their parent for financial supports when they really desperate..You will tell them to die, your wife won't. Utimately you got the fun, your wife bear the fruit of your fun..(No hard feeling)

Many good officers are no good investors, hence I wouldn't ask you to invest. Keep the saving for rainy day as I mentioned..else make your life easier will be good.

u gonna wprk really hard for it. get a life man dude. dream as a motivation goal but finding 5k/mth salary job is a real problem. unless a pilot? but how many ppl do acutally can become a pilot after attempts training over Australia? 1:200? must i say? plan carefully dude for ur future. as for all i gonna say, singapore is a merito-state.
