yeah precisely, as a tutor, one has to make sure that the student
perform well, and making a difference in their learning attitude as
well. all these takes effort. and it's not easy.
that's one story.
secondly, they're facing the pressures from parents. the parents
are either too demanding or too ignorant. so dealing with them is
another hard task. but all in all, it's not them that needs to be
taught. it's the student. so as a tutor, one has to work on the student.
if the student performs well, their parents' attitude and
impressions will eventually change.
it's not easy being a teacher or a tutor. therefore, i respect
teachers for all their efforts they put in to teach the best they
can to make a difference.
if a tutor doesn't even want to stoop down to a child who doesn't
want to learn.. then i think it's better to go find another job
instead. because teaching is not JUST a job.. it's a
PROFESSION.
but one thing i want to highlight is that...i am not putting him
down or anything..
just that i feel that..as a teacher..this kind of students are
common..if u get overage with this kind...i think you are not going
enjoy ur job very much...
just wanted to say that..take it easy...there are better students
out there
sorry if i meant anything negative
