Someone managed to cut your hair or what? If not, it couldn't be
yours. It could be fake. Got one vegetable looks freaking similar
to hair. Called fa cai.
For your mum's case, clothes always get collected wrongly. Maybe it
dropped onto the laundry basket or something. If it isn't, I
couldn't think of better reasons.
The last incident, anybody in your family offended someone? This
person doesn't seem to be friendly and could be linked to the first
2 incidents. He/she just want to cause upsets in the family.
Anyway, just be careful. I got a feeling that this person might not
be very friendly and more things will happen. If harrassing starts,
report police.
