SBS3935J (BBDEP SP): Lots of what looks like a lot of paint or cement splotches on the left side (lower deck) exterior of bus. Even on some of the windows. Couldn't get a closer look as I was two lanes away. Spotted it on service 7 on the evening of 16/5/2015.

YES..i saw it on 99 yesterday..looks quite dirty for a new bus.. many white spots on the door side of bus and the door itself...

Saw it on many other buses too... Looks like they are doing this move to facilitate the use of the peak-hour passes in June.
