They say the same thing about degree holders, pay similar to
diploma. So using your description:
degree pay ~ diploma pay ~ ite cert pay
Is that right? Many tend to focus on the starting pay a person with
no working experience. But once that is factored in, degree >
diploma > ite cert by significant amounts.
There is value in a diploma, totally unlike what can be held for
ite certs.
