was just analysing the info put across on the forum about 3899E.
That's why I said that for the first day 3899E was out it might be
x-ferred after that, or like what you just said, emergency pullover
for a breakdown~
Which in either case, doesn't really matter much now because I
think 3899E is highly likely under BNDEP control at the
moment.
3899E last week spotted on 168 n 197 so now is BNDEP side not
SLBP side
