Because AMDEP 67 have 3 BSEP buses which went over to KJDEP. By
right, AMDEP 67 have 19 buses + 3 BSEP MAN buses. To upgrade to
Enviros, as AMDEP cannot have DD due to the shelter. So 67 will
have 4 BSEP Enviros and all will be in KJDEP.
Like last November 2014, AMDEP 61 have 1 BSEP bus which went to
BUDEP. To ugrade the Enviros, as AMDEP cannot have DD due to
shelter. So svc 61 will have 1 BSEP Enviros and all will be in
BUDEP.
