Starting next year all SMRT buses park at Bulim Depot must moved out to Kjdep haha,I forcast the new Bt Panjang ITH also tio ONP..But good news is that the remaining MK I and all MK IIs bendy buses are retired..

That's why I said SMRT had a rude wake-up call when they lost Bulim depot. I guessed they never expected LTA to give Bulim depot to another operator.

Actually, why can't they just upgrade the Premium slots to a DD slot leh? Isn't excess capacity better than having a lack of capacity?

Its a good thing they lost Bt Batok,The buses can deploy to CCK and BPJ svc..Its time the incumbents have to swallow bitter pills....

dunno about sv564.. puzzle that they would rather deploy 2 citaro instead of 1 DD, while they deploy DD for 761. maybe height restriction along grange road (the part where sv75 ply)? and basically this sv564 route from holland rd duplicate sv75 all the way to cecil st?

Exactly lor. They could just have deploy a DD and upgraded the slot. Or maybe they were thinking of the number of trips instead (2 SD timings vs 1 DD timing) and not the capacity issue..

Dude, you'll get the answer to your queries when you press on BNDEP's current SP fleet on Wiki currently. Look at the number of SP DDs vs SP Citaros. It's way too disproportionate.

And I can't foresee all the services with Striders going off this month to get DD upgrades.

I would think more likely for Sv 39 & 81.. 5 of them just nice to replace the 5 Striders (2614S 2627E 2633L 2616L 2619D). Provided no more comes over to BN/CG

i would suggest you hold your horses before editing them as BNDEP SP. cos some of them are straight away perm a service

like(real example) 5031 might go straight into 29 perm replacing 2623
