Bulim depot won't belong to SMRT, but do remember that the newer buses (esp the Bukit Batok ones) do belong to that Bulim depot (in a way) irregardless of the operator (SMRT or the new Tower Transit)..

So i guess this is a beforehand prep to settle all the logistics issues.
