someone already edited 3940 as perm sv89.. all Sv89e buses are
non-wab accordingly to ETT.. and it does not count in the WAB quota
for Sv89, as it supplement sv89..
but then if you look at the ETT, you can have 4 consecutive
nonwab slot and then follow by 3 more nonwab slots in one hour
(from the direction of Changi). guess it still need to take
sometime for HGDEP to allocate more WAB to sv89.. maybe the 4 Sv85
DDs are for sv89 initially, but were put on sv85 instead...
1552 (WAB), 1558
(NON-WAB), 1605 (NONWAB), 1608 (NONWAB), 1612 (NONWAB), 1618
(NONWAB) 1624 (WAB), 1630 (NONWAB), 1636 (NONWAB), 1640
(NONWAB), 1644 (WAB)
I think they might have skipped updating the e-timetable's WAB
timings all together and just launched Sv 89's WAB status right
away instead..
I know someone already edited 3940T as perm HG 89
some time previously, but that same guy didn't give a bus that is
out of Sv 89 in return. And assuming 3940T is a fleet add to Sv 89,
it still doesn't hit the min 60% WABs required for the status
anyway uh. So I'm just pretty confused what is going on Sv 89 right
now.
If HGDEP wanted to pluck Wrights for Sv 89, they could just use
3882C 3886S that bunch uh..I have a feeling those
are still SP even though the rego range is quite far away from the
39xx series on Sv 89 recently. (much like how CGBP is still
hoarding 3812E 3815Y 3817S that bunch as SPs).
