The duty for 854 now is confirm 16 AM/PM,8 S1 & 4 S2 for weekdays.

854 still has long way to go... should be fleet of 18 HC, 8 SDs... Total fleet max = 26 buses is okay.

The problem lies with so many A22 orders..Should have just stop the orders and convert to DD orders instead

Considering the fact that LTA is taking back some buses, the remaining unregistered will be just the replacement, or even replaced by new DDs themselves.

If that happens then i applauded them cause they know Sg is overcrowded already,More single decker wont help,Need more drivers,More revenue..Unless its fleet restrict service.

Rotating out the older buses helps to even out the mileage recorded on buses of a similar age.. and that's what the people in the depot usually do especially if the swaps are not due to ad contracts or non-WABs swap for WABs.

dun think it is due to mileage issue... if so, then why AMDEP rotate out 6518/6519/6520 1-2 month after they are on the road? and what is the point of transferring sv120/121 bus (one bus each to sv122)? will this help to even out the mileage?
