I think it's more for Tower Transit taking over Jurong East
services next year... Swap the older Wrights out for Tower Transit,
while the newer units (SBS3449X onwards) replace the outgoing
units.
The recent registration of new units are for the new Joo Koon
Int services, so I think 99 will get some of these newly registered
units for its extension.
but 99 is not under BSEP
unless more batch 4 buses are registered or 99 dual control
with SL to get SL wrights
