hey, any ppl know where he is attached at which company? maybe
we can paid him a visit or write an email to his boss telling him
that he do not have anything to do, and so fail his attactment, so
have to repeat again. 
Seriously, all the income tax singaporeans are paying are helping
all these ppl for granted, who only know how to hide behind the pc
to complain. biting the hand who feed it. A little scolding and he
