Hello to one and all!!

This is my 1st time here. I kind of need some advice on coping with a bad career move.

In the past few years, I c so many of my frenz slugging it out in the mud in their careers. I feel powerless to help them whenever I hear of their troubles, bcoz they feel their job stinks (no pun intended).

However, I m no better than them....being paid to study and serve a contract after that...the price tag is a whooping $120k (who wants to buy out a contracted personnel anyway?!?!)....now, I am struggling with my attachment and my demons....I feel I am juz wasting my time and letting down the pple who care abt me...no one seems to understand the plight of pple like us...

Is it the end of the road for pple like me being stuck in a thankless job? hav i no other options except to 'ren'?

Can someone pls advice on how to cope wif thiz bad career move?

Honestly, if the fact is that you can’t change the situation, then try to think of ways to improve the situation, embrace and enhance it, make it fun to be in the current situation. There are bound to be ways to make the best of the situation, the only limit is your own creativity.

scholarship? bonded?

Me not on scholarship, but m bonded for 8 years. I have completed 3 and a half yrs of study and done 1 out of 2 attachments. but frankly, i feel drained and tired…..i guess itz time 4 a new direction in life…any guys out there who feels the same abt their career life and made changes to it?

Shocked Wow thats reali wad i fear when if i got a scholarship..

Basically, i feel u shld haf reali qn if u can handle the stress in the first place b4 gging for the bond.. 8 yrs IS a LONG time..

Since breaking the bond will require a hefty pay back sum.. I reali suggest you think hard about it.. Try make the best outta the situation..

Most ppl face such a problem and still pulls thru.. Since u haf the ability to get a prestigeous bond of worth 120k.. I guess u too haf the ability to overcome such problems.. Laughing good luck.!
