If you guys notice the people who queue to buy some tickets for
gambling (4D or TOTO, whatever), are not only old people. They form
a group together with other groups, which can be young men or
whatever, which make me notice 1 commonality among them: they are
mostly poor.
So most people who gamble are poor people.
Retirees who gamble are poor retirees.
Rich retirees won't be so likely to gamble, lower tendency and
inclination.
So I conclude they all (old or young), gamble because of the dream
to strike rich to get out from their condition.
Not so much abt having too much time and bored at home.
They could be bored, yes, but this boredom is the kind of boredom
which warn them about them not spending time working for money, so
they try to find a solution by gambling. Not the usual kind of
boredom.
Have you guys seen a man queue-ing with suit and tie?
Because a man with suit and tie has means to earn money.
