Those are quite good grades already. Don't know if it's the same
but they look at your best 3 grades for applications, meaning
they'll see your A, A and B, which is very good.
For scholarships, if you are serious about it, you shall go for it.
Not only straight-A students get scholarships, sometimes, they see
your overall performance and attitude etc. Go for it. It'll take a
huge burden off financial concerns if you can get a scholarship. Of
course, if there are any bonds with it, be prepared to serve the
bond.
Don't think you have a problem with getting into most of the
courses into any of the unis here. The procedure shall be still the
same as my time, apply now, they'll give you a place but because
you're serving NS, they'll "keep" your place and when your NS duty
is almost served, the uni will remind you that you have a place
with them and inform you on matriculation (ala admin stuff to
formally start your course) and medical check-ups and things like
that.
You have any buddies in NS also going uni, you can discuss with
them about procedures and such.
