Advantages
Faster connection from Sengkang to Tampines, can relieve 27's
loadings drastically. I think this service can get full fleet DDs
as 27's commuters will all flock to this now. 27 can half its fleet
and freq can be more stable. Tamp to Airport still have 34 too.
Tampines to CBP direct route, relieve 20's peak hours crazy
loadings. 20 will be more for ppl going Simei, while people going
to the more populated Tampines will take this.
Relieve 31's loadings from Tamp to ITE
Provide new connections to Defu area (currently no bus svc) and
upcoming Upp Serangoon flats area
After TPE bus stop open, 969's loadings will explode as
commuters who want fast travel would hop onto any bus in
Sengkang/Punggol to TPE bus stop and change 969 directly to
Tampines. This svc will relieve loadings for 969.
Very good route... Something similar to what I had proposed
earlier. I highly doubt a route would initiate from HGDEP and if it
plies Defu, it should do HG MRT. I propose some modifications,
providing more connectivity, yet keeping it fast to Tampines.
