* Yew Tee st 54, CCK Way, North 7 will get new stops with direct connection to YT MRT (neglected today)

* Will act as an intratown within CCK town

* Such a service will get huge loading, and will require high capacity buses. If someone from LTA reading, should surely implement.

Route Suggestion on BSEP 306, 983 & 984...

Service 306 [Choa Chu Kang Int <> Choa Chu Kang St 54, North 6/7]
- Revert 300G/W back to 300 as a 1-way trip to make space for 306
- Provide better access link to Yew Tee and army camps along Choa Chu Kang Way
- Help divert loading from 302, 302A & 307

Service 983 [Choa Chu Kang Int <> Bt Panjang] (LOOP)
- Pair of new bus stops already shaped near Keat Hong Close currently, that will possibly make way for future 983 extension (labeled with orange line as indication in the map)
- To make up the speed along the route, it'll will ply Brickland as a suggestion for now, so that pax can head back to their estate in a shorter time

Service 984 [Sembawang Int <> Choa Chu Kang Terminal]
- A new roadside terminal beside the landscape & current CCK Interchange encouraged
- Better connection to CCK via Woodlands/BKE/Mandai Rd/Sungei Kadut Ave/Yew Tee
- Many uncovered sections would be served
- Semi-parallel MRT service

- Better connection from Ang Mo Kio Int to Nanyang Poly/YCK Station (eases SVC 86)

- Direct connection from AMK/YCK Road to Seletar Mall (eases SVC 50/86)

- New connection from Seletar Mall to Farmway LRT

- Better Connectivity in Punggol West

NOTES

-Can start off with a fleet of 2 DDs, 7 SDs

-To be amended to Sengkang West Road once it opens

-AMDEP controlled

-Service 130 to be shifted to 261/269 berth, with 134 using 130 berth

-My route planning skills isn't good so please give me some feedback on this!

All your three routes are quite good, especially 103. However, I'm not sure if 138's extension can be implemented, as the route is quite long... But still, keep up the good suggestions.

Hmmm, I rather delete the Zoo sector. For Zoo sector, 927 can be amended to started from BPJ (since it will have DTL soon) and 138M for AMK side.

Just that my proposed route will ply Yishun ave 1, Yishun ave 11, Yishun ring road to Yishun interchange (rather than yishun ave 6 - considering it is still under development for most part of it).

968:Woodlands- Tampines

Berth 13[current 950/966 berth] from Woodlands Reg>Outside Civic Centre turn to expressway all to Jalan Kayu and TPE bus stop and then to Tampines.

933:Woodlands-Bukit Panjang LRT Loop-Dhoby Ghaut MRT

904/902 berth U turn follow 187 route till nearing Junction 10 turn left stop infront of Bukit Panjang LRT Station turn right following 190 route all the way to Dhoby Ghaut MRT providing direct service for Woodlands commuters who travel to town and yet another service to relieve crowd from 972 and 190

Why 968 and 933 was chosen:

968 was used as 969 goes to Tampines passing by Yishun and 168 also passes by Tampines and also Tampines interchane extension having the '96' and '68' series service together.

933 cause if there is 972 passing by Dhouby Ghaut why not have 933 as well and they are also our local radio stations

I doubt that 138 loading is much higher than 927. I just happened to be at Singapore Zoo this evening, and 927 has quite good and steady loading, sometimes even more than 138. I saw one 927 packed to the door with 10 pax in queue, and I saw one 138 leaving zoo empty. Refer to "Loading level on buses" thread for my detailed records.

Anyway, I doubt that Mandai Lake can use bendy/DD, and seeing that in the earlier observation by array, 927 left with a full load (with a possibility of pax changing to 171 outside), and a number of people waiting along Woodlands Rd towards CCK, I guess they could try improve the frequency by adding a bus. (Seeing that CCK is closer to Zoo cmpared to AMK and 926 only operates on selected days)

Yes that 138 is bunched up, but even the buses in front did not have full loading (still less than 927). I admit that my observations may not reflect the true situation, though.

Regarding pax transferring to sv 171, I'm not sure about 927 side, but there are people taking sv 138, alighting at Mandai Rd and changing to 171 towards Yishun. But very few (less than 5%).
