And for Sv 169, it needs a mix of rigids, Bendies & Enviros.
If you're observing from the Int, then obviously people would feel
compelled to move to the upper decks (who doesn't want the seats
when they're available right?)
But if you're observing someway halfway down the route during
Peak for Sv 169, you'll notice that not too many people would be
keen to move up (for DDs) or move all the way in (for Bendies)
because they're only travelling for a few stops before switching
bus svcs somewhere down the road.
Just stating what I observed from taking Sv 169
frequently.
I am surprised how quickly people are upto comment on 169 when
the perm DDs just started this month. Give people some time to even
get used to them. In Yishun, Sembawang, Woodlands are people are
not used to taking DDs. So they also need to get used to the
concept of moving to upper deck, which not all do. When SBST
feeders can have full upper deck, why can 169 not!?
We just have to give a little more time.
