loveholyspirit SG

I feel very very frustrated. Today i was still feeling real good b4 i went out. nothing bad happened. On the way home i suddenly feel very frustrated. I am not sure over what. I am feeling so frustrated over nothing. I prayed andit calms me a little, but not completely. Can some one please enlighten me. Why this sudden frustration overpowered me. One moment i feel like crying over nothing. next i am pissed over nothing. Esp when i tried to sleep just now. It seems like it got worst. why?

Are you facing some problems in life?
Sudden change of mood is a symptom of Depression.
For your case please eleborate.
How old are you?
If you are in your teens, it could be because your body is going through changes (homones) which can results to change of mood too (although at a more comman sense it applies mostly to girls)
Is there any major/minor changes in your life that might have affected you indirectly?

My utmost advise is, consult a doctor if this mood swing thingy persist for unknown reasons (to you).

I sometimes also feel this way.. watch tv or do hmk then suddenly cry without knowing why.

Could be depression. Do a blood test if u want. I was told that from ur blood test results, the doc would be able to tell whether u have depression.

anytime u are not happy, juz grab a chocolate and bite. Wink
