Main question is that.. does your job pays well ? Laughing

FeowFeow SG

Actually, your suggestions are usually Not very practical, & with that laughing face in your reply to the 1st post in the thread, it appeared that you were not serious in helping, but trying to gloat.

I don't see anything wrong with MC requesting that you help.

Find out why she got sacked.
Make sure she works hard cos u are the one who recommend her.
U can help by briefing her abt the job but remember don't lend her money, let her solve her own problems.

loveholyspirit SG

I am not sure why she got sacked but i guess i’d better not ask that much. The job pay is not that good, but beats having no job esp when in a difficult situation i guess..

dragg SG

find out the reason for her sacking.

does she have an attitude problem at work or any medical condition?

FBI SG

still.. a suggestion.

Of course u will help him... Laughing

loveholyspirit SG

I am not sure but i THINK its because she showed a little attitute the other day when her break time was taken away.

dragg SG

except for the icon i think his suggestion is in a way acceptable.

if she is a christian the church can probably help.

FBI SG

NOw that's the major prob man..

U can't help her if she can't help herself.

loveholyspirit SG

Well the only thing i can do is to intro a job. I will still make things clear to her like not screwing up and putting me in a difficult position since I got her in.

FBI SG

u should know wat kind of char she has since u are her friend.

loveholyspirit SG

Which is why i tried to get her a job, hopefully.

dragg SG

firstly, she should have been compensated with a month's pay in-lieu, for the termination.

lastly, it is a bit risky to recommend her if she has attitude problem.

do reconsider carefully. it might affect your job and eventually your friendship.

loveholyspirit SG

I am not sure about this.

Knowing her for quite some time i dont think she got an a problem with her attitude but i spelt everything out to her so i dont think it may affect our friendship and my job?

FeowFeow SG

My intentions are good, which are kinda unlike yours?

FeowFeow

Assumptions....?

M©+square SG

How close are you to her?
Have she got the job yet?

Try to monitor her and encourage her.

Cheers

dragg SG

then it shouldnt be a problem.

by law she must be paid 1 month in-lieu for termination.
