Well, there's certainly 'black sheep' amongst any nation. But
the reputation of the nation isn't that fragile to be tainted with
just a few individuals. We can't really enforce how people should
really behave, it's those unique qualities (good or bad) that makes
us unique as individuals, not programmed robots who follow every
single protocol right to the dot.
True sometimes we just can't stand the behaviours of our fellow
people. Empathise is a good word to use here, not everyone is
brought up in an environment that can nuture good values. Not
everyone will have the same opinion to matters and their approach
to these matters will differ, some complain, some rant.
Try to take things lightly in their stride
