Well, I think u are able to make a report. But it might
difficult as u do not have the full car plate number ...
maybe it's not the car ley?
I did mention I think... that I got hit before too, same
location, also got car passing by but different car....
and that time I was quite sure it was someone from the car, cos
the window was down and i heard some loud talking from
inside...
but then now...
maybe i'll just take a different route home loh. =\
