Get webcam, get skype on your computers...these are essentials..
Then get a mobile contract that allows lots of sms at the lowest price...
Find a good local florist where she stays and arrange a deal to send flowers and gifts on Valentine's Day, birthday, etc...If you have a good relationship with the florist, you can get a discount too. Ask them to email you a few days before and give you some suggestions of the products they have. You can choose online anhd they deliver. If you do not have a credit card, it is absolutely necessary...pay online with plastic money. Arrange a time to call her weekly at least...and keep your schedule clear for that period.

So yea, definitely invest in a webcam and get skype to save on the phone bill. OR MSN messenger works pretty well for me too, most of the time.

And at least you know both of you are going to be together in a year's time...so at least dats something to look forward to Wink

man, i understand how u feel. i’m in tht situation,she’s gng aussie in feb. not sure whether to express my feelings to her or not cause i dnt really wanna get into a long distance thingy as i’ve had so many real life exps ard me tht broke up & worst of all, i also dnt really trust myself to able to maintain it
