I followed 1 case when I was in Hawaii. This woman was standing
for trial over the killing of her husband upon learning that he was
still seeing his mistress despite her asking him Not to.
She hit him with the car, & ran over him 2 to 3 times. The
Court eventually found her guilty, though I can't remember what her
sentence was. Personally, I think she just snapped when her heart
got broken. She shouldn't have appealed or anything though, if you
snapped, you snapped, but you still hafta pay for your actions
what.
