but at the same time, being aware that it's hard to find another job?

do u have a family to support?
wat are ur commitments?
do u have enuf savings to sustain urself being jobless?

if yes, then u can go ahead and seek better pastures.....

jobs are plenty.....have some determination and positive attitude......

if no, most probably u need a good talk with ur management......
and if relli cannot compromise......start keeping a lookout for job opportunities.....meanwhile......tahan a while more.......

Seriously I think better dun quite without a job man. dun do sha shi. you will regret after you find job hard to find. quickly send tons of resume out like what I am doing now, hope after new year can move on to another company. my work and boss is sucks and unbearable too. almost everybody have the same situation. if you super rich then dun hesitant! quit now. Save up money for at least a few month of expenses needed before quiting without a job, at least can last till you find a job.
