job offer headache

need some advice from people here...
if given more than 1 choice, let's say doing IT software development in nus, or IT development in a foreign bank environment, which one is better in terms of future prospect and working life?
benefit for banking is much better, i just worry about future prospect and working life...
anyone has any idea? Confused

Nothing beats woprking as a civil servant, but some procedures in there may frustrate you sometimes but hey on the overall still better than dirty office politics.

At least u have a dilema on which job to choose, i am looking to change my job but its like no offer, market still "BAD"? i wonder Rolling Eyes

But then the position in NUS is perm or 2 yrs contract?

Who say GS job no dirty politic?
GS job oso got politic. In fact, more politic from my exp.

PS- nose not on job, easy get fire. But GS- nose not on job never mind so long u know how to sar kar your top boss and your top boss like u. And than u can put your nose on other ppl's job and become the "office king or queen".

they called it "open contract", not sure if it can be considered as permanent.
