well, i did check with HDB...i can rent the flat from HDB if i
cant afford to buy..just that location will be a problem cos it
wont be near my mom place and no one can help to look after my
kids....if send them to child care or student care ...then i cant
afford again....then i cant work....that will be another new
problem arise....? hai
