panic attack kept me from goin out? wth?

juz sharin xperience...

- unemployed n stayed hm for abt 2 wks...

- 2day supposed 2 go to an impt. appt, nv turned up becos of panic attack..wth?

- tot i wil nv b able to go out again..destined to become social handicap..

- den dog food ran out...bo bian...force myself dress shabby n go out to buy dog food or else my dog starve.. (gd xample of how u wil b motivated by some1 to do sumting fearlessly Laughing )

- went out, panic attack gone...

- survived home...now hunting for jobs... Mr. Green

- 2 wks ago, used to suspect whether sum pple crowd phobia..so destined to work from hm...now tink all's in our mind n I can go out jian ren if i change my "stupid" mindset..keke

todae was e worst..felt as if my heart stoppin...some more e appt i fixed one, n had to turn dwn becos of e attack..

1st time liddat cos recently unemployed..last time beri hardworkin, lost a job, immediately go look for 1. Recently, e lazy virus got e better of mi..hehe Laughing

it is not so simple if you really have a panic attack.

there is a thing called comfort zone. if you go to and from a place which you feel comfortable panic attack will not happen.

but if you go to a place you dont have the habit of going it will strike.

yeah..

cos panic attack pple will not step out of e hse at all..no matter where at all costs..but they are willing to go out if there is someone to accompany them..

therefore i dun think urs is panic attack..

could u have a medical condition tat u are not aware of? (touchwood i know) but tat could lead u to mistaken it as u think its a panic attack cos it always happen when u wanna go out, therefore makes u afraid of going out, whereby u have no fears to go out at all?

but agoraphobia can come with or without e attacks..i was assuming tat her attacks caused her fear of going out..
