Judging from the mountain of people who usually turn up at a
wedding, what do you think? 
There's another simpler option, other than the 1 I
mentioned in Australia.
When I was in Hawaii, friends told me that some Japanese tourists
would hold a small special wedding there. They'd fly in with their
nearest & dearest (usually fewer than 20 guests), & they'd
hire some windy beach/mountain spot. The food would be catered, but
they'd have a yummy dinner served, with waiters in tuxedos
Pricey, but nice.
