I think it is time LTA or SBST gives a reason as to why it is
terminating the operation of Premium services? This is not one of
case now. Every second week they make a new announcement.
I suspect that has got to do with a conflict of interests.
On one hand it is operating premium services with public buses
during peak hours (where buses are most required) charging a high
fare, on the other hand it is using government funds for additional
buses and also to run additional trips on basic services.
Perhaps they should operate them using their private buses
operations.
