Spotted it on a constant non-WAB slot starting trip from Kent
Ridge Ter on 10 at around 5p.m. SBS9661J likely still 10/10e, not
sure about SBS9667T though... SBS9667T MIA for a while liao. Take
note of the 10e (both 10 and 23 perm) buses, including SBS9809B.
Don not edit this yet on SGWiki, as this bus might have swapped
with SBS9809B to only do 10e in the AM peak, while SBS9809B either
does or no longer does 10e.
